4CSDI Sol PRESENCE LLC Project Roles and Responsibilities Ensuring clear delineation of roles and responsibilities of the SDI team and the City participants is an essential component to project success. Part of our Phase 1 activities includes a discussion of the various roles and responsibilities of the project team, and who on the team will be responsible for what aspects of the project. Each organization is different, with different skills sets and associated strengths. SDI will work with the City's Project Sponsor to help define roles and responsibilities and will provide focused support in the areas that are identified as needing additional support.
