Grantee Funds: It is mutually agreed that the Grantee is responsible for furnishing funds beyond the grant award that may be necessary to complete the project. 22. Independent Action: Grantee reserves the right to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement in an independent manner, at any location and at any time within the agreed -upon timeline. Grantee's employees or contract personnel shall perform all services required by this Agreement, but their time need not be devoted solely to fulfilling obligations under this Agreement. Grantee shall furnish all equipment and materials used to meet its obligations, and complete the Project.
