The authorized representative, on behalf of the Grantee, hereby certifies that the project property, or a part thereof, will be dedicated to public library services and used as a public library according to the Education Code, sections 18010 through 20092 and California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Division 2 and provide at least the following: an organized collection of printed or other library materials, or a combination thereof; paid staff; and regularly scheduled hours for being open to the public for a period of not less than 10 years following completion of the grant period. 5. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE: Grantee has, unless exempted, complied with the non-discrimination program requirements. (Gov. Code § 12990 (a-f) and CCR, Title 2, 6. Section 11102).
