The authorized representative, on behalf of the Grantee, hereby certifies that the <br />project property, or a part thereof, will be dedicated to public library services and <br />used as a public library according to the Education Code, sections 18010 through <br />20092 and California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Division 2 and provide at least the <br />following: an organized collection of printed or other library materials, or a <br />combination thereof; paid staff; and regularly scheduled hours for being open to <br />the public for a period of not less than 10 years following completion of the grant <br />period. <br />5. STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE: Grantee has, unless exempted, complied with the <br />non-discrimination program requirements. (Gov.
