Exhibit A <br />Cost Proposal Explanation <br />1) Litter pick-up and maintenance. Clean & empty trash cans daily, <br />outdoor benches, bollards, light poles, and bus stops <br />Proposed cost includes all labor, equipment, materials, cleaning <br />supplies and truck needed to perform the required services. <br />2) Clean parklets & minor repairs <br />a. Parklets will be cleaned and repairs will be performed as needed. <br />b. A contingency of $20,000 is recommended be added to cover <br />possible major repairs and relocation or removal of parklets. <br />3) Power wash <br />a. See attached Exhibit B for the proposed power wash frequency. <br />b. All power wash special requests will be completed within 24 hours <br />at no additional cost. <br />4) Special event Litter ctean-up maintenance <br />Proposed cost will cover cost to provide cleaning services during and <br />after the following events: <br />a. Twelve - First Saturday of the Month Art Walks <br />b. Blading Cup - April Event (3-day event) <br />c. Blading Cup - November Event (3-day event) <br />d. OC Pride Parade and Festival (1 day event.
