Exhibit A 4 <br />Cost Proposal Explanation- Continued <br />5) Special event street closures <br />Proposed cost will cover cost to close streets for the following <br />events: <br />a. Blading Cup - May Event (3-day event) <br />b. Blading Cup - November Event (3-day event) <br />c. OC Pride Festival (1 day event. However, event equipment is <br />removed next day) <br />d. Fiesta Morelense <br />e. Viva La Vida <br />f. Tamalfest <br />Streets will be properly secured with water filled K-rails. Traffic <br />control plan will be followed. <br />6) Equipment <br />Three 4-yard containers. Proposed cost will cover Republic <br />Services (City of Santa Ana trash hauler) actual cost to service the <br />three 4-yard containers daily. <br />7) Utility Golf Cart <br />Proposed cost includes purchase of a utility golf cart on year one. <br />Cart will facilitate operations in narrow areas such as some alleys. <br />It can be driven on some sidewalks and can be of great help for <br />team to service hard to reach areas. Years two through five of <br />proposed cost indicates cost of insurance. <br />8) Cost adjustment for years two through five <br />Proposed cost for years two through five Includes a 5%yearly Increase. <br />DTSA Services Is open to negotiate a yearly increase based on <br />Consumer Price Index for cost of living adjustments or 5%, whichever Is <br />less. <br />D TS.A..2 <br />Services <br />
