As I am sure you will recall, you worked with John Funk on edits to <br />the Agreement in August 2022. <br />Clerk's Office shared the draft agreement you submitted for processing and reached out to our office as the agreement <br />was not approved to form by our office. I conferred with John and we reviewed the notes and discussion from <br />August. After review, John stamped the requested agreement "Approved to Form" so as to get final execution <br />completed. <br />For the future — our office is requesting the following: <br />• Program Benefit and Property Maintenance Agreements re CPAP approved on June 21, 2022, should be <br />approved to form by our office. <br />• Please include that signature block for our office into template. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />SONIA R. We ask this as it will allow <br />our office to quickly review said agreements against a completed template.
