Successor Housing <br />B. Set aside Successor Housing Agency funding for the purpose of <br />Evaluate Availability <br />In 2022, the City had a balance of $4,761,168 in Successor Housing Agency funding. Santa Ana Blvd. The project includes the construction of a new affordable <br />Redevelopment Agency housing assets, residual receipts from former <br />rental residential development consisting of 17 units,1,120 square feet of group space (e.g., lobby, lounge/loft, and laundry areas), and a 389-square <br />Redevelopment Agency assets (i.e. loans), and a portion of the loan <br />foot community room. The development will consist of a two-story building with flats/apartment units, trash enclosure, ten covered parking stalls, and one <br />repayments from the former Redevelopment Agency to the City.
