The Westview House project will have <br />84 new affordable units and 1 manager's unit, with 58 three- and four -bedroom units for large families, and 26 one- and two -bedroom affordable units for <br />persons experiencing homelessness. 75-percent of the units will be set aside for extremely low-income households at 30-percent AMI.On November <br />15, 2022, City Council approved a pre -commitment of $2,200,000 in Inclusionary Housing Funds for Habitat for Humanity of Orange County for the <br />development of six affordable ownership units at 1921 W. Washington Avenue. The six affordable ownership units will be set aside for low-income <br />households at 80-percent AMI. <br />25. Affordable Housing <br />C.
