01/19/2023 <br />Historic Resource Commission 5 <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resource Commission <br />Application No. 2022-27 and Historic Register Categorization No. <br />2022-17 (Exhibit 1).; and <br />2. Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute the attached Mills Act agreemen t with <br />Matthew L. and Robert D. Hale, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manage and City Attorney (Exhibit 2). <br />Staff provided a brief presentation about the project. Commissioner <br />Christy and Vice Chair Murashie disclosed visiting the property but not <br />speaking to the applicant. The commissioner asked questions of the <br />applicant.
