The Consultant shall coordinate and attend rnnerlinrgs w filth City stuff <br />pertaining to the project kickauff, roviewirrrg chaff rolaws, and as needed to prepare and <br />oddna,ss projoct inquiries rand issues. In ,addition, the Consultant shall provide meeting <br />minutes for each mooting as well as biweekly updates of progress to the City, <br />B. WELL ASSESSMENT AND INITIAL TREATMENT DESIGN <br />The Gonsultant shall gather information on the City s groundwater conveyance systems, <br />Impacted wells, reservoirs, imported wwaler conneclions, and eonrtuct site visits per the <br />City"s request to determiner available area of land for the PFAS tro@tmrant systems) as <br />well as determine how the treatment systerm(sj will be integrated into the +Citye; existing <br />operations, The Consultant shall also review any existing and available infformation on <br />the. City's historical PF AS bench- and ;pilot scale testing as well as historical Planning <br />;Studies performedand existing PFAS treatrrnent facility, layouts, and adhere to the <br />standards set therein. <br />In the preliminary Planning Study, the Consultant shalt prouide a conceptual layout for <br />each requested location by the City based On existing ion exchange (IX) treatment <br />systems (.AqueoUS Vats ystarn rated for 150 PSI), For all Ili wellhead treatment <br />designs, the Consultant shall include earlridgge, filter pre-trLmiment, a sand Separator, IX <br />load-laq system capable of addressing the gallon per minute capacity, can <br />emergency generator, and are additional sound alternuate}d booster pump to com-loot the <br />head loss experienced through the new treatment "slema. <br />C.
