He has extensive <br />expertise in wastewater/sewer system program support, including sewer system <br />capacity analysis, sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) reduction program development and <br />data management, industrial wastewater pretreatment program development, <br />stormwater compliance, collection system condition assessment and characterization, <br />fats, oils, and grease (FOG) program development, and geographic information system <br />(GIS) / database integration.
