Resolution No. 2022-082 — Adopt a Resolution affirming <br />the City Manager's positive performance evaluation results and approving an adjusted <br />annual salary for the City Manager, and <br />2. Resolution No. 2022-083 — Adopt a Resolution approving the City's Master Salary <br />Schedule in conformance with Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations Section <br />570.5 and the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CaIPERS). <br />12. Resolutions Authorizing Requests for Escalation Adjustments by the Orange County <br />Transportation Authority to the Measure M2 Allocations for the Bristol Street and <br />Warner Avenue Street Improvement Projects <br />Department(s): Public Works Agency <br />Recommended Action: Resolution Nos. 2022-084 and 2022-085 — Adopt resolutions <br />of the City Council authorizing Requests for Escalation Adjustments by the Orange <br />County Transportation Authority to the Measure M2 Allocations for the Bristol Street and <br />Warner Avenue Street Improvement Projects. <br />13. Teleconferencing for Meetings of City Council and All Boards, Committees, and <br />Commissions Pursuant to the Provisions of Assembly Bill 361 <br />Department(s): Clerk of the Council Office <br />Recommended Action: Resolution No. 2022-087 — Adopt a resolution to consider <br />continuing the use of teleconferencing for City Council, board, committee, and <br />commission meetings pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 361 for the next 30 <br />days. <br />MINUTES: Mayor Pro Tem Bacerra pulled the item for separate discussion and <br />consideration. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Bacerra moved to approve the Item with the following amendments; <br />• Section Three (3) shall include the following: Shall continue to allow City <br />Councilmembers and all other City Legislative bodies to meet virtually in <br />accordance with Government Code Section 54953(e). <br />• The addition of a new section entitled Section Four (4) to include the following <br />language: City Councilmembers and members of all Legislative bodies shall <br />publicly disclose at the meeting before any action is taken, whether any other <br />individuals are present in the room at the remote location with the member <br />and the general nature of the member's relationship with any such individuals. <br />City Councilmembers and all other members of Legislative bodies shall <br />participate through both audio and visual technology. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Mendoza; no vote was taken. <br />City Council 7 11/1/2022 <br />City Council 4-8 6/6/2023 <br />
