<br />green -building, transportation, medical, commercial, and residential building sectors. Design West is
<br />currently providing electrical engineering services as a subconsultant to DEA on the Standard and
<br />McFadden Park for the City of Santa Ana.
<br />ECORP Consulting, Inc. Environmental: Established in 1987, ECORP is a California "S" Corporation
<br />ENVIRONMENTAL rON,11rTevTs that specializes in assisting government agencies and private clients with a wide
<br />range of environmental services. ECORP is a financially sound firm with an office in the City of Santa Ana.
<br />ECORP's parks experience includes as -needed environmental services contracts with California Department
<br />of Parks and Recreation and Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation as well as individual
<br />parks projects for numerous cities throughout southern California.

<br />Helping Diversify the A/E Industry: The A/E industry is known for its lack of diversity, and DEA is dedicated
<br />to changing that. DEA leaders are vocal advocates committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. In 2023,
<br />DEA is focused on advancing a diverse and inclusive industry through DEA's DE&I initiatives and educational
<br />support. In 2023, DEA's employee experience will continue to emphasize diverse recruiting practices,
<br />recurring evaluation of policies and procedures, regular review of job classifications, and an annual review
<br />of compensation, including firm -wide calibration of performance. In addition to volunteering in classrooms or
<br />donating to educational providers, in 2023, DEA will continue to provide educational support in the form of
<br />seven scholarships. DEA awards scholarships to women and students from underrepresented populations in
<br />the U.S. who are pursuing A/E-related degrees.
