Proposal to provide On -Call Landscape Architectural Services — RFP No. 22-097 D. Understanding of Need Approach and Understanding David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA) has over 120 employees in eight offices throughout southern California, with one office located in close proximity to the City of Santa Ana (City). Our team consists of landscape architects, park planners, irrigation specialists, engineers, surveyors, graphic artists / 3D modelers to support the City team. Our project manager, Heath Habig, PLA, has 26 years of professional landscape architecture experience working for various agencies throughout Orange County. Our internal team and subconsultants have extensive experience in the design of projects for municipalities like the City in the areas of park and recreation, site specific master planning of existing parks, sports fields / sports courts renovations, skate parks, dog parks, splash pads, bike trails, site lighting, water conservation, habitat restoration, urban forestry, landscape renovations, irrigation renovations, and interpretive signage. Additionally, we have added subconsultants to enhance our resources to provide environmental, electrical, and geotechnical engineering services.
