o The applicant is solely responsible for all safety conditions and compliance with all municipal, county, state, and federal <br />safety regulations, building codes, ordinances, labor and wage laws, and other applicable regulations. <br />o Voided checks and invoices must be provided for work completed prior to reimbursement approval.
