<br />Nick is a California Professional Land
<br />Surveyor and Certified Party Chief

<br />ating Engineers Local 12. He brings
<br />37 years of field survey experience
<br />to the Towill team and has worked
<br />on projects for the Cities of Fullerton,
<br />Irvine, and Huntington Beach. His
<br />land surveying experience includes
<br />roadway design and construction,
<br />horizontal and vertical control, topographic surveys,
<br />boundary surveys, GPS, monitoring, and 3D laser
<br />scanning.
<br />As Field Survey Lead, Nick will be responsible for de-
<br />veloping work approaches and cost estimates, sched-
<br />uling and managing Feld crews, directing field and
<br />office staff, and providing quality assurance/ quality
<br />control and supplemental work and safety planning.
<br />Nick is capable of performing production work when
<br />needed and management of specific project tasks.
<br />He also performs job site inspections for safety and
<br />planning of work tasks and may be responsible for
<br />communication with City staff and the general public
<br />at the project site as needs dictate.

<br />Chris is an Office Surveyor/Certified

<br />Lorraine has 29 years of surveying
<br />and mapping experience and has W
<br />served as a Senior Photogrammetrist
<br />and Photogrammetry Project Manag-
<br />er for over fifteen years. She joined
<br />Towill after the completion of her
<br />Surveying Engineering degree from
<br />California State University, Fresno.
<br />Her experience and knowledge in-
<br />clude least -squares adjustments and
<br />advanced computations for surveying and photogram-
<br />metric processes, design of ground control networks,
<br />flight planning, and Light Detection and Ranging
<br />(LiDAR) data processing.
<br />As Aerial Survey Lead, Lorraine will be responsible for
<br />daily oversight of photogrammetry personnel (includ-
<br />ing those assigned to airborne LiDAR and GIS tasks)
<br />and tracking progress and preparing reports for the
<br />Project Manager and Principal -in -Charge. She per-
<br />forms advanced technical functions, such as airborne
<br />GPS processing, analytical aerotriangulation compu-
<br />tations, airborne LiDAR data processing, and volume
<br />calculations. In addition, she prepares metadata
<br />and technical reports in accordance with contractual
<br />requirements; implements QA/QC processes for all
<br />photogrammetric, airborne LiDAR, and GIS tasks; and
<br />verifies that the content and accuracy of deliverables
<br />adhere to project specifications.
