Councilmember Phan inquired with City Attorney Sonia Carvalho regarding the <br />differences between the Brown Act and AB361 with regards to teleconferencing. <br />City Attorney Sonia Carvalho recommended the Council enact a citywide <br />teleconferencing policy rather than making amendments to the resolution. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Bacerra moved to not approve Item 13.
