Ms. Gajjar has more than <br />30 years of professional <br />experience providing project <br />management, planning, and <br />design of water transmission, <br />-• - distribution, and storage <br />facilities projects. Neha <br />has significant experience <br />preparing plans and specifications rx water/sewer <br />mains, storm drains, pipelines, and has an intimate <br />understanding of these requirements for many <br />municipalities. Her responsibilities as engineering <br />lead include establishing design parameters, <br />planning activities to meet client needs and project <br />schedules, and managing required appropriate <br />technical resources required for each project. <br />Neha provides the added value of working with the <br />City of Santa Ana on the Washington Well Drilling <br />Phase 2, SA-1 Hydro -Generator Replacement, and <br />Crooke Reservoir and Pump Station Improvements <br />projects. <br />Mr. Bush has more than <br />27 years of professional <br />experience in water, <br />wastewater, and recycled water <br />engineering. He has been <br />responsible for the completion <br />of more than 100 miles of <br />potable water, recycled water, <br />and sewer mains, 20 potable water and recycled <br />water pump station and well projects, and 14 <br />potable and recycled water reservoirs. Mark brings <br />leadership, a strong work ethic, technical knowledge, <br />and dedication to client satisfaction to each and <br />every project. <br />Mark brings relevant program management <br />experience with the City on more than 26 water <br />services projects under Tetra Tech's current As - <br />Needed Engineering Services Contract. <br />Mr. Smith brings extensive <br />knowledge in civil engineering <br />from his involvement in <br />a variety of municipal <br />projects of varying size <br />and funding. His design <br />experience includes parking Project <br />Deputy <br />lot and roadway geometrics, <br />anager <br />pedestrian accessibility improvements, bike <br />trails, parks, construction and post -construction <br />stormwater BMPs, storm drain improvements <br />including hydrologic and hydraulic design, overall <br />utility plans, structural design, and grading activities <br />varying from mass grading to final precise grading <br />plans. <br />Justin's relevant project experience includes his <br />role as project manager for the City of Santa Ana's <br />Lincoln Avenue Pedestrian Pathway, Downtown <br />Santa Ana Flood Reduction and Stormwater <br />Infiltration, First Street Pedestrian Improvements, <br />and First Street Slope Stabilization Projects. <br />Mr. Fussel has more than <br />20 years of engineering <br />experience that includes <br />work on both public and <br />private sector jobs. His <br />main strength is leading <br />complex multi -disciplinary <br />projects consisting of <br />teams of engineers and scientists.
