These documents will <br />be reviewed to determine their impact on the project <br />prior to a visit to the project site. <br />City of Santa Ana Coordination: A Manager will <br />meet with key personnel from the City of Santa Ana <br />in person to discuss the proposed work. A site visit <br />will be conducted at this time to determine actual site <br />conditions, record pertinent measurements, and take <br />photographic records of the project site. <br />Draft Proposal: The Project Manager will prepare <br />a draft proposal which will define our understanding <br />of the proposed work, our approach to completing <br />the required work, the project team, the scope of the <br />proposed work, schedule, and fee. Fee estimates <br />for each Task Order will be prepared using a cost/ <br />price modeling tool (CPM) which was developed by <br />Tetra Tech. The CPM is a spreadsheet that itemizes <br />each of the tasks required to complete the project, <br />the personnel required to complete each task and <br />the number of hours required by each person for <br />each task. In addition to providing a tabulation of the <br />hours required to complete each task, the CPM also <br />reports the total number of hours required by each <br />The draft proposal will be reviewed by our Quality <br />Assurance Manager, Task Manager, and select team <br />members. <br />Final Proposal and Work Plan: Tetra Tech will <br />discuss the draft proposal internally, make the <br />necessary adjustments and submit our final <br />proposal. After the fully executed agreement <br />between the City of Santa Ana and Tetra Tech is in <br />place, the Project Manager will prepare a Work Plan. <br />The Work Plan is an internal Tetra Tech document <br />which will contain the scope of work, project team, <br />schedule and budget for the project.
