Final Design <br />Coordinate work with City and impacted agencies prior to securing <br />approval to proceed with final design. <br />Prepare 90% PS&E submittal including a project description and forms <br />suitable for City staff's use in preparing environmental documentation for <br />the project. <br />Prepare 100% PS&E submittal based on comments from 90% submittal <br />review and other requirements. <br />Prepare agenda, attend, and prepare minutes for monthly meetings with <br />City staff during the design phase to review project issues and status <br />reports and monitor schedule progress. <br />Deliverables: 90% PS&E submittal with return of 50% City redlines and comments; <br />100% PS&E submittal with return of 90% City redlines and comments; Final PS&E <br />submittal (ready for printing/bidding) with 100% City redlines and comments, <br />meeting agenda and minutes. <br />Bid/Award and Construction Support Services <br />Provide support services during bid/award phase to answer contractor <br />questions and plan clarifications and prepare addenda for revisions, <br />if necessary. Assist City staff in bid analysis and preparation of award <br />documents. <br />Provide engineering support services during construction to attend <br />pre -construction meeting, respond to RFIs, review submittals, observe <br />construction, make potential plan revisions to address unforeseen <br />conditions, and prepare record drawings. <br />Deliverables: Addenda, if required, RFI responses, submittal review, record <br />drawings. A sample project schedule is provided on the following page. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Psomas maintains excellent working relationships that have proven our track <br />record for providing high quality work products in a timely and cost-effective <br />manner. A hypothetical schedule may be found on the following page and <br />details the typical work phases to be completed, the tasks to be accomplished, <br />the deliverables to be provided, and the schedule/timeline to complete a <br />project, based upon the requested Scope of Work detailed in Attachment 1 of <br />the RFP. <br />
