► Minimum of four (4) hours will be charged per field crew deployment. Prevailing wage will be paid on <br />all projects where field staff are providing services. <br />► A shift which commences after 2:OOpm or before 4:OOam, during any 24-hour period, commencing at <br />12:01am is subject to a 12.5 percent differential. <br />► Expert witness testimony is two times the normal rate. <br />Per Diem is calculated at current State Department of Transportation rates (or other appropriate <br />agency rates). <br />Reimbursables <br />Mileage at 65.5 cents per mile (or current IRS allowable rate) and parking expenses incurred by office <br />employees are charged at cost. Prints, plots, messenger service, subsistence, air travel, and other direct <br />expenses will be charged at cost. The services of outside consultants will be charged at cost. <br />Surveying Services <br />One -Person Survey Party .. <br />Two -Person Survey Party... <br />Three -Person Survey Party <br />Field Supervisor .................. <br />.................................... $300 <br />.................................... $380 <br />.................................... $450 <br />..................................... $210 <br />Hourly rates for fi eld survey parties include normal usage of fi eld equipment and are fully <br />equipped rates. <br />Hourly Rates for fi eld services increase on October 1 of every year * and are subject to prevailing <br />wages per California Department of Industrial Relations Determination LA-2020-1, and include <br />normal usage of electronic distance measuring equipment and survey vehicle expenses. <br />Per Diem is calculated at current State Department of Transportation rates (or other appropriate <br />agency rate). <br />*Annual increase shall not exceed 3% unless affected by prevailing wages. <br />
