PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br /> PROFESSIONAL FIRST-ARCHITECTS, ENGINEERS&CONSULTANTS <br /> PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY POLICY <br /> In consideration of the premium for this Policy, it is hereby understood and agreed that: <br /> 1. In the event this policy is cancelled by the Insurer or by the Named Insured prior to the expiration <br /> date as shown on the Declarations, a thirty(30) day notice of such cancellation will be provided if the <br /> Named Insured is under an existing contractual obligation to notify a certificate holder when this <br /> Policy is cancelled and has provided the following either directly or indirectly through its broker of <br /> record: <br /> a. The name of the entity shown on the certificate; and <br /> b. A contact at such entity and the email address of such entity where notification may be sent. <br /> This provision does not apply if the cancellation is due to nonpayment of premium to the <br /> Insurer or to a finance company authorized to cancel the Policy. <br /> 2. It is understood and agreed that in the event this policy is cancelled by the Insurer for nonpayment of <br /> premium, a ten (10) day notice of such cancellation will be provided if the Named Insured is under an <br /> existing contractual obligation to notify a certificate holder when this policy is cancelled for <br /> nonpayment of premium and has provided the following either directly or indirectly through its <br /> broker of record: <br /> a. The name of the entity shown on the certificate; and <br /> b. A contact at such entity and the email address of such entity where notification may be sent. <br /> 3.
