Insurer emailing the notices of cancellation, using the information provided by the Named <br /> Insured,will serve as proof that the Insurer has fully satisfied its obligations under this endorsement. <br /> Such notices of cancellation are provided on an informational basis and solely to assist the Named <br /> Insured in meeting their contractual notice requirements to such parties.The Insurer's failure to <br /> provide such advance notice to the certificate of insurance holder(s)will not extend any policy <br /> cancellation date, negate any cancellation of the policy, or grant, alter, or extend any rights or <br /> obligations under this Policy and the Insurer shall have no liability for failure to provide the notices <br /> herein. <br /> All other terms and conditions of this Policy remain unchanged. <br /> Paget 1 EP-AEC-050-02/2016 <br />
