<br />city engineer for 13 years. Mark has extensive
<br />familiarity, knowledge, and progressive management expertise
<br />in strategic planning, operational efficiency, financial planning,
<br />and human resources management. He applies an innovative
<br />approach in these key areas in addition to communication,
<br />funding procurement, asset management, capital improvement
<br />program development and implementation, project management
<br />and intergovernmental relations to deliver cost -saving solutions to

<br />rehabilitation, ADA compliance evaluation
<br />and improvements, complete streets and streetscape projects,
<br />utility engineering, site grading, traffic engineering, flood
<br />control facilities, drainage systems, sewer and water systems,
<br />parking lots and retaining walls. She specializes in public works
<br />engineering that incorporate sustainable design practices.

<br />her success, involves focusing on the needs of her clients while

<br />With 25 years of experience, Jose
<br />has managed the design of numerous
<br />projects involving street rehabilitation,
<br />ADA improvements, concrete flatwork
<br />improvements, restriping, installing road signs,
<br />and designing for impacts to utilities. Jose's
<br />accomplished projects have won ASCE Project of the Year for
<br />Airports and Ports and for Urban and Land Development. He
<br />is well -versed with design standards, techniques and analytical
<br />methods, bid specifications, and cost estimating.
