<br />Bradley Waldrop, PE j Structural Engineer
<br />Thirty three years ago Bradley started his
<br />career in the development of new design
<br />and construction technologies to retrofit
<br />California's at -risk bridges after the Loma
<br />Prieta Earthquake. As his technical expertise
<br />expanded, he provided design leadership
<br />in long -span and signature structures such as the Interstate-40
<br />Mississippi River Bridge, the North Viaduct of the Golden Gate
<br />Bridge, and the Benicia -Martinez Bridge. Bradley was part of a
<br />three -member team to invent a unique eccentrically braced frame
<br />system for steel buildings, now called Tru-Frame®. Today, Bradley
<br />focuses on delivering clever solutions to local public agencies
<br />biggest civil engineering challenges as he continues to deliver
<br />award -winning projects.
<br />Agata Ristow, PE I Electrical Engineer, Instrumentation/Control
<br />Agata has 18 years of electrical engineering
<br />experience for the water, wastewater and solid
<br />waste, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals,
<br />and oil and gas markets. Her expertise
<br />encompasses the design, implementation,
<br />and project management of electrical system
<br />improvement and SCADA projects for water and wastewater
<br />treatment plants across the United States. Additionally, she has
<br />experience in electrical engineering for transportation applications
<br />including project management, light rail, catenary, and signaling.
<br />Lori Trotter, AICP CEP I Environmental Lead
<br />Lori has 34 years of experience as primary
<br />author and environmental project manager
<br />for compliance with CEQA and NEPA. Her
<br />experience includes a variety of development
<br />and infrastructure projects involving master
<br />plans for large-scale phased development,
<br />roadways and intersections, energy transmission, radio and
<br />communication sites, development of residential, commercial,
<br />mixed -use, and industrial land uses, regional recreation facilities,
<br />General Plans, General Plan Elements and Specific Plans. Lori
<br />has managed numerous multidisciplinary teams and been primary
<br />author on regionally significant and high -profile CEQA documents
<br />involving considerable public input. She is an expert on CEQA
<br />compliance, environmental planning, and analysis. Lori's
<br />experience extends beyond environmental planning and includes
<br />many types of entitlement permits for development, natural
<br />resources, and construction.
<br />Shyamala Raveendran, PE I Hydraulic Modeling/Planning
<br />Shyamala has more than 20 years of civil
<br />engineering and project management
<br />.: experience encompassing a wide range of
<br />water/wastewater master planning and water
<br />distribution systems operations projects,
<br />assisting clients reach decisions about
<br />hydraulic analysis and pump selection, lift station site layouts,
<br />and construction phasing. Her experience includes serving on
<br />the staff of the California Water Services Company, where she
<br />provided technical advisory and support for over 25 operating
<br />water systems in California. In this capacity, she provided
<br />supply -demand analysis of water distribution systems, support
<br />for design of water system facilities, and detailed assessments of
<br />water system operational issues including operational risks and
<br />optimization of tank, pump, valve, and pipeline infrastructures.
<br />Omar Alameddine I Construction Management Lead
<br />Omar is the Project and Construction
<br />Management Services Group Leader for
<br />Ardurra and brings an extensive background
<br />in construction management and inspection
<br />on public works and Caltrans projects. Clients
<br />appreciate Omar's penchant for precision
<br />and thorough documentation. He has 16 years of experience in
<br />Southern California. He has managed CM and inspection teams
<br />working on city water projects and has delivered projects to renew
<br />city streets and freeways, applying his knowledge of Caltrans
<br />and Greenbook standards. He has also managed and inspected
<br />construction of recreational facilities such as soccer fields, public
<br />parks and a dog park, public facilities, sewer, and drainage
<br />improvements. Omar has managed numerous on -call contracts
