His <br />experience spans projects involving a diverse range of installations, <br />which include landscaping, roofing, asbestos abatement, masonry, <br />steel structure erection, concrete, electrical, plumbing, and interior <br />renovation. His experience also entails inspection services on road <br />improvement projects, utility infrastructure, transit centers, and <br />guardrail replacements. He currently serves as Ardurra's Inspection <br />Services Manager coordinating our pool of inspectors. <br />Amy Czajkowski, PE, CCM, QSD/P Construction Manager <br />Amy has 30 years of`experience in <br />_ system planning, design engineering, and <br />construction/project management of public <br />utilities infrastructure projects. She has <br />expertise in contract administration and <br />change order management and knowledge <br />of the roles and responsibilities of complex construction. <br />She shares this knowledge and experience by teaching a <br />Certified Construction Manager (CCM) course in Contract <br />Administration,which specializes in fulfilling contract compliance. <br />Amy is recognized for her project management, thorough design <br />review and plan checking, and ability to work with a variety of <br />contractors and permit applicants. An additional specialty of hers <br />is stormwater management, which includes design services, <br />assisting with permitting compliance, and performing inspection <br />for effectiveness of BMP systems during construction. She has <br />conducted master plans for water and sewer services, assessed <br />impact fees, and developed capital improvement programs <br />to ensure adequate service. She has managed onsite capital <br />improvement projects and served as extension of staff acting on <br />behalf of the client. <br />Team Availability <br />We are there when you need us! Ardurra's wide range of <br />in-house capabilities enables us to provide the right staff at the <br />right time. <br />The Ardurra team is available and ready to start working <br />immediately on any task defined by the City.
