<br />in meeting their infrastructure and public services goals. DTA has been

<br />to process building permit and parcel change data electronically. DTA also calculates and
<br />enrolls the special taxes/assessments, answers all property owner inquiries, assists in the
<br />preparation of Continuing Disclosure Reports, amends tax bills (as needed), and segregates

<br />condemnation. They also have extensive experience performing corridor valuation (including
<br />Across -The -Fence valuation), appraisal review, construction defect, complex assessment
<br />appeals, expert witness testimony, possessory interest valuations, estate administration, and
<br />asset management assignments. T&T will provide appraisal services to estimate the fair market
<br />value of properties, which shall be the basis of just compensation to property owners in
<br />accordance with the project right-of-way acquisition requirements. Appraisals for properties and
<br />property interests may include full takes, partial takes, permanent easements (including street,
<br />aerial, parkway, and other forms of permanent easements, and temporary easements (including
<br />temporary construction easements), and the analyses may include complex valuations of
