Key personnel will be made 100 percent available to support work under this contract. KNOWLEDGEOFLOCAL STANDARDS.- Kleinfelder has supported many Public Works projects and is up to date with the latest design standards, specifications, and guidelines. More than 90 percent of our regional work is for public works agencies. KNOWLEDGEOFREGULATIONS.• Kleinfelder's staff have worked in Southern California for decades and have intimate knowledge of city, county, state, and federal regulatory requirements that impact design project approval and execution. LOCAL OFFICES.' With an office in Laguna Hills just 15 miles from City Hall, Kleinfelder provides a locally based team with vast national resources. Our experienced professionals are available and able to respond at a moment's notice. NATIONAL EXPERTS* All projects are independently reviewed by Kleinfelder's technical experts who provide design guidance at a national level. The city will be provided with independent technical reviews from our company's top experts on every deliverable. KNOWLEDGE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND UPCOMING PROJECTS Kleinfelder has been supporting City of Santa Ana projects since 2020 under our materials testing and inspection contract. Our team has reviewed the City's Fiscal Year 2022-23 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and understands approximately $45M is allocated for projects in four categories including city and park facilities, streets, traffic, and utility/drainage/lighting. The City desires to enhance several programs and projects including youth services, libraries, parks, streets and sidewalks, public safety, water and sewer upgrades, and business corridor improvements. The Kleinfelder Team's expertise, as shown herein, make us the right partner to support the City with these projects. ON -CALL PROJECT DELIVERY APPROACH Kleinfelder has developed a proven approach to deliver high -quality engineering consultant and design services through several on -call engineering contracts for municipal clients across California. Under these on -call contracts, we have completed multiple, concurrent projects consistently delivering on time and under budget.
