PROJECTSSTEMEMENT PROJECT TEAM ORGANIZATION Kleinfelder has assembled a team with expertise and experience in design, constructability assessment, retrofit, and operational requirements for various types of City capital improvement infrastructure projects including infrastructure needs such as water and sewer infrastructure design and rehabilitation improvements, storm drain improvements; sidewalks, bike paths, curb and gutter replacement; residential street slurry seal; asphalt concrete and/or PCC streets repair and overlay; neighborhood traffic improvements; landscape and irrigation; parks and recreation design; grant application development; environmental and planning; mapping and legal description development, construction management and more. Our project management team is led by Project Manager / Principal Agent, Dany Hanna, who has more than 22 years of experience as project manager for several agency on -call contracts, including the City of Santa Ana and Orange County Public Works. He is supported by task order managers, quality managers, independent technical reviewers, and project staff. The leadership team presented herein is supported by exceptional task leads from our Southern California local offices along with subconsultants with proven capabilities and long-term relationships with Kleinfelder. Our team is well suited to successfully execute the City's scope of work. The team will provide the City with proven technically proficient experts who will consistently deliver high -quality projects within the established schedule and budget. The organization chart (Figure 1) identifies lines of communication and the proposed team roles and responsibilities. The following pages include brief biographies of key personnel and team leadership.
