The project will renovate the <br />approximately 35,000 square feet of the existing State of California <br />Department of Toxic Control Substances offices. Renovation includes <br />upgrades to data center, power, lighting, mechanical and ADA changes. <br />Ladera and Bassett Park I Los Angeles, CA <br />Electrical Principal, Project Manager. The historic recreational <br />buildings located within Ladera and Bassett Parks were remodeled and <br />modernized to attract the local community while preserving the historic <br />elements of these structures. <br />Orange County Transportation Authority Building I Orange <br />County, CA (Various Locations) <br />Electrical Principal, Project Manager, Lead Electrical Engineer. <br />Evaluation of 60 existing buildings within the Orange County <br />Transportation Authority portfolio.
