Renovation of the <br />community kitchen in the 740 SF Thelma Terry Building, including all <br />electric cooking equipment. Existing electrical services sufficiently sized so <br />that no new distribution boards or transformers are required. <br />Department of Toxic Control Substances I Cypress, CA <br />Mechanical Principal, Lead Mechanical Engineer. The project will <br />renovate the approximately 35,000 square feet of the existing State of <br />California Department of Toxic Control Substances offices. Renovation <br />includes upgrades to data center, power, lighting, mechanical and ADA <br />changes. <br />PCL Construction Office ) Irvine, CA <br />Mechanical Principal, Lead Mechanical Engineer. Renovation of <br />approximately 28,000 rentable square feet of office space that reinvented <br />how PCL employees engage, work, learn and play in the space. <br />Santa Monica High School Renovation I Santa Monica, CA <br />Mechanical Principal, Lead Mechanical Engineer.
