EMS CONSULTING SERVICES I CITY Of SANTA ANA <br />Historical patient billing and collection records, including transport fees, payer mixes, write- <br />offs, contractual allowances, adjustments, refunds, first responder fees, and the annual <br />number of billable patient transports <br />• CAD, NIFRS, ePCR, and GIS data to determine valuation and system demand <br />• Any other electronic records that may be useful for this project <br />• And any other documents and/or reports critical to the successful completion of Phase <br />One and Two <br />Response time and other objectives of the City and OCFA <br />Task 1-C: Stakeholder Input <br />The Triton Project Team will conduct virtual interviews with key personnel identified as being <br />critical to the success of the project. City and OCFA staff and other stakeholders, including the <br />firefighter union, will be included. This will include the facilitation of a meeting with the <br />incumbent transport agency to obtain views on the current transport system. <br />SECTION TWO -EVALUATION OF THE ORANGE COUNTY EMS SYSTEM <br />Task 2-A: Community & EMS System Overview <br />Triton will provide an overview of the primary components of the Santa Ana EMS delivery <br />system. This will include elements of fire suppression and non -EMS functions and operations <br />where relevant to the functions of the EMS system. <br />Utilizing information from Santa Ana and OCFA, Triton will review, update where necessary, and <br />provide an overview and basic description of the community and EMS System including, but <br />not limited to: <br />Service area population and demographics, including GIS maps of the service area and <br />population density <br />• Description of the city and the county <br />• General description of OCFA and the services provided <br />• Governance and lines of authority <br />• Organizational design <br />EMS administration and medical direction <br />• Other system components related to emergency medical services to include ground and <br />air emergency medical transport <br />$ AP TRITON 5 1 <br />
