EMS CONSULTING SERVICES I CITY Of SANTA ANA Historical patient billing and collection records, including transport fees, payer mixes, write- offs, contractual allowances, adjustments, refunds, first responder fees, and the annual number of billable patient transports • CAD, NIFRS, ePCR, and GIS data to determine valuation and system demand • Any other electronic records that may be useful for this project • And any other documents and/or reports critical to the successful completion of Phase One and Two Response time and other objectives of the City and OCFA Task 1-C: Stakeholder Input The Triton Project Team will conduct virtual interviews with key personnel identified as being critical to the success of the project. City and OCFA staff and other stakeholders, including the firefighter union, will be included. This will include the facilitation of a meeting with the incumbent transport agency to obtain views on the current transport system. SECTION TWO -EVALUATION OF THE ORANGE COUNTY EMS SYSTEM Task 2-A: Community & EMS System Overview Triton will provide an overview of the primary components of the Santa Ana EMS delivery system. This will include elements of fire suppression and non -EMS functions and operations where relevant to the functions of the EMS system. Utilizing information from Santa Ana and OCFA, Triton will review, update where necessary, and provide an overview and basic description of the community and EMS System including, but not limited to: Service area population and demographics, including GIS maps of the service area and population density • Description of the city and the county • General description of OCFA and the services provided • Governance and lines of authority • Organizational design EMS administration and medical direction • Other system components related to emergency medical services to include ground and air emergency medical transport $ AP TRITON 5 1
