This may range from tracing the tracks of a hacker through a client's systems, to tracing the originator <br />of defamatory emails, to recovering signs of fraud. <br />Conflict Resolution <br />Description <br />Participants will learn crucial conflict management skills, including dealing with anger and using the Agreement <br />Frame. If left unchecked or not resolved it can lead to lost production, absences, attrition, and even lawsuits. <br />Acquired Skills <br />Wherever two or more people come together, there is bound to be conflict. This course will give participants a <br />seven -step conflict resolution process that they can use and modify to resolve conflict disputes of any size. <br />Participants will also learn crucial conflict management skills, including dealing with anger and using the Agreement <br />Frame. <br />Constructive Conflict Management <br />Description <br />In this course, students will learn to recognize the warning signs that precede quarrels and how to mitigate their <br />impact, as well as constructive ways to harness the differences between team members and shift them toward <br />productive, positive outcomes. <br />Acquired Skills <br />Identify and manage sources of conflict <br />
