<br />venipuncture and capillary puncture. They will practice

<br />procedures to include the collection, processing, and
<br />testing of blood (venipuncture and capillary punctures)
<br />and urine specimens as related to basic hematology
<br />and microbiology used in the physician's office
<br />laboratory. Students will apply positive communication
