SCOPE OF WORK <br />A. Provider shall conduct Art Enrichment Classes for the following age groups 3-5, 640, 11-17, and <br />teens + adults. <br />B. Provider shall teach such or similar classes (1) at the times below at facilities to be designated by <br />the City or (2) on a schedule agreed upon by the parties for each class session or term, including <br />the location, specific days and hours when classes will be held, and holidays to be observed, in <br />accordance with City's needs. <br />OCCTAC plans to deliver important arts enrichment programs at the Recreational Centers <br />listed below to support families that are unable to travel within the city. OCCTAC already <br />has a presence in the community and the capacity to develop and implement these programs <br />with the support of this contract and the partnership with the City of Santa Ana. This arts <br />enrichment program will allow us to expand our reach and enable more children and <br />families to participate in the program to prevent crime and violence in our Santa Ana <br />community. <br />C. Provider shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, records and personnel. Provider shall <br />be responsible for clean-up of the facilities and materials and shall ensure the safety and <br />effectiveness of instruction. <br />D. OCCTAC will provide services to families in Santa Ana communities at the following <br />community/recreational centers: <br />Roosevelt -Walker Center - 816 E Chestnut Ave, Santa Ana <br />o Ukulele (One day weekly from 5:30-6:30pm) <br />o Teen Guitar (One day weekly from 6:30-7:30pm) <br />o Dance Fusion (One day weekly from 6:30pm-7:30pm) <br />o Ballet (One day weekly from 5:30pm to 6:30pm) <br />o Zumba for the family (One day weekly from 7:30pm to 8:30pm) <br />o Art you Ready Art Class (One day weekly from 6:30pm-7:30pm) <br />o Saturday Ukulele and Guitar <br />• 9am to 9:50am Teen/Adult Guitar <br />• 10am to 10:50am Kids Ukulele <br />• 11 am to 11:50am Drum Circle/Percussion <br />Garfield Rec. Center - 501 N. Lacy street., Santa Ana <br />o Ukulele (One day weekly from 5:30pm-6:30pm) <br />o Teen Guitar (One day weekly from 6:30pm-7:30pm) <br />o Dance and Movement (One day weekly from 5:30pm-6:45pm) <br />• Jerome Rec.
