Each class must have a minimum of 5 students and no more than 25 students. <br />B. No registration will be accepted after the third meeting of classes. <br />C. If the minimum registration has not been reached by the second class, the class shall be <br />canceled. Provider will be under no obligation to provide services for the canceled classes, <br />and the City will have no further obligations to pay Provider compensation for the remaining <br />classes that were canceled in that session. <br />E. COMPENSATION <br />Compensation for services not to $50,000 for a period of 6 months or until funds run out. <br />F. FACILITY RENTAL FEE <br />OCCTAC will pay the flat fee amount of $2,500 for use of the facilities to provide programs. <br />G. SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT <br />OCCTAC will receive a monthly payment of $7,916.66 on the 5"' of every month beginning August 5", <br />or until funds run out. <br />
