STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />GRIFFIN STRUCTURES 1 18 <br />Communication Protocol <br />Building on the project objectives identified <br />in the initial assessment, we will then begin <br />establishing standardized communication <br />protocols. These protocols are critical in a <br />project of this size and scope. Accordingly, <br />Griffin will establish a clear line of <br />communication between the team members <br />which can later be utilized during the <br />construction process. Working closely with the <br />City, Griffin will identify proper communication <br />channels between the field (Contractors and <br />Inspectors) and support team (Design Team, <br />Multi -Disciplinary Engineers, and City) to <br />ensure seamless communication throughout <br />the duration of the project. <br />Document Management <br />Griffin Structures employs the use of Submittal <br />Exchange for all project document controls. <br />This system is comprehensive, adaptable, <br />straightforward, and easy to use. By utilizing <br />this cloud -based format, Griffin Structures <br />can establish a single document portal that <br />saves and manages all project documents. <br />Utilizing this cloud -based system as a single <br />source of document control provides clear <br />and consistent communication to the <br />field, ensures comprehensive document <br />coordination, protects against claims, <br />accelerates the construction schedule by <br />streamlining communications, and ultimately <br />saves the entire project significant costs <br />by eliminating printing and shipping, and <br />improves efficiency. <br />Schedule Management <br />As with communication and document <br />control, schedule management and efficient <br />construction production relies on multiple <br />factors, for which Griffin has an established <br />protocol. Griffin will begin by producing a <br />comprehensive master project schedule.
