2022-2025 MOU City of Santa Ana & SEIU Full-Time Employees Unit Page 45 <br />ARTICLE IX <br />9.0 VACATION <br />9.1 Purpose <br />It is the policy of the City to grant employees vacation leave in order to provide them with <br />a break in their regular work schedule and this purpose will be used as a guide in the <br />administration of the provisions of this article. <br />9.2 Accrual <br />A. Employees shall accrue vacation on a monthly basis each calendar year, based on <br />completed continuous years of service, as set forth in the following table: <br />B.
