<br />On-Cail Landscape Architectural Services — RFP No. 22-097
<br />Kim Rhodes, PLA I Principal -in -Charge: Kim is a California registered, award -winning
<br />landscape architect, client manager, and vice president with DEA. For the past 37 years, she
<br />has been responsible for landscape architectural design and management on numerous
<br />projects, including design and planning for parks, trails, streetscapes / roadways, sports
<br />facilities, transportation corridors, structure aesthetics, schools and universities, commercial,
<br />residential, and industrial developments. She worked with City staff on both the Memory Lane
<br />and Mariposa Park projects, and was instrumental in preparing award -winning submittals for
<br />Memory Lane Park. She currently assists with QA/QC on Standard and McFadden Park
<br />for the City. Availability: 20%
<br />Todd Holmes, PLA I Landscape Architecture and QA/QC: Todd is a California licensed
<br />landscape architect with extensive experience in the public sector throughout Southern
<br />California. For the past 34 years, he has been responsible for the design and management of a
<br />wide variety of projects including neighborhood and community parks, trails, campgrounds,
<br />streetscapes, restroorn facilities and recreation centers. Todd was also involved in the public
<br />outreach efforts on Standard and McFadden Park for the City. Availability: 25%
<br />Jon Oen, CID, CLIA I Irrigation Design: Jon is a certified commercial irrigation designer,
<br />certified landscape irrigation auditor, and a partner with the U.S. Environmental Protection
<br />Agency's (EPA:s) WaterSense program. For over 24 years, he has worked on a wide variety of
<br />irrigation projects including parks, streetscapes, interchanges, hotels, resorts, residential, and
<br />commercial developments. Jon provides construction observation including submittal review
<br />and site visits (main line testing) specifically focused on irrigation systems and controls. He is
<br />well versed in the regulatory guidelines associated with AB1881 (Model Water Efficient
<br />Landscape Ordinance). Availability: 35%
<br />Danny Wang I Landscape Designer: Danny is a landscape designer at DEA with extensive
<br />field experience in landscape construction and design. He has 17 years of experience using
<br />AutoCAD, Adobe PhotoShop, and Adobe Illustrator to assist him in the production of
<br />construction documents. Danny has been involved in numerous aspects of landscape
<br />architecture including public parks, streetscapes, trails, residential, commercial development,
<br />and construction management. Availability: 35%
<br />ILMark Oskorus I Civil Engineering Task Lead: Mark has 26 years of experience in the civil
<br />engineering profession with hands-on design engineering experience on public works,
<br />education, commercial, and residential development projects. Mark has an extensive
<br />background in civil engineering tasks including grading, street, storm drain, sanitary sewer
<br />systems, and water LID design; in addition to coordination with utility companies for relocation
<br />and installation of new wet and dry utilities. Mark and his team have been instrumental on
<br />the engineering tasks associated with Standard and McFadden Park in the City.

<br />Subconsultants
<br />To assist in supplementing our team, DEA will use the services of the subconsultants below to provide
<br />geotechnical, electrical, and environmental services.

<br />Geotechnical Engineering: Converse is an employee -owned corporation providing
<br />geotechnical engineering and geological services. Their professional and technical staff
<br />MIF
<br />includes in-house geotechnical engineers, engineering geologists, environmental scientists,
<br />deputy inspectors, laboratory and field technicians, drafting/CAD specialists, and other
<br />specialized support personnel. Converse is currently working with DEA on the Standard
<br />and McFadden Park in the City of Santa Ana.
<br />Electrical Engineering: Design West Engineering is a full -service electrical engineering
<br />consulting firm founded on the philosophies of second -to -none service, environmental
<br />sensibility, and commitment to forward -thinking innovation. They currently maintain
