<br />On -Call Landscape Architectural Services — RFP No. 22-097
<br />The following projects provide a sample of our work and are examples of our relevant experience within the
<br />past five years.
<br />Standard and McFadden Park, Santa Ana, California:
<br />DEA is providing landscape architecture, engineering, and
<br />surveying services for Standard - McFadden Park, a two -acre
<br />neighborhood park in the city of Santa Ana. DEA was provided a
<br />conceptual design of the park by the city and is currently working
<br />to prepare final plans and will provide construction administration.
<br />The design includes walkways, playground equipment, a
<br />skatepark, half -court basketball, a picnic area, a shade structure,
<br />a rock bioswale, California friendly plants, drip irrigation, low
<br />impact development drainage and lighting. Other amenities
<br />including a park entrance sign, benches, picnic tables, bike racks,
<br />and drinking fountains will also be included.

<br />new half -acre neighborhood park in the City of Santa Ana. The
<br />local residents requested that the park include a playground, a
<br />teaching area for active lifestyle classes, and a community
<br />garden. The design includes walkways, playground equipment, a
<br />picnic area, a shade structure, a rock bioswale, California friendly
<br />plants (including fruit trees), drip irrigation, low impact
<br />development drainage, lighting, and other amenities, including a
<br />park entrance sign, interpretive signage, benches, picnic tables,
<br />bike racks, and a drinking fountain.

<br />On -Call Landscape Architectural Services, Pasadena, California: Under DEA's current on call
<br />contract with the City, DEA and subconsultants have successfully undertaken the following projects:
<br />• Citywide Park Asset inventory and condition evaluation.
<br />Cost estimates for facility replacement. Comprehensive
<br />Asset Management Plan including interactive database.
<br />• Topographic survey and conceptual plans, including
<br />estimates, for improvements at Central Park.
<br />• Plans, specifications and estimates for various
<br />improvements at La Pintoresca Park. This scope included
<br />community engagement, topographic survey, geotechnical
<br />investigation, and civil engineering.
<br />m Quality control review of civil and landscape plans for the
<br />Playhouse District Park and improvements at Lamanda Library Pocket Park.
<br />m Subconsultant for landscape architecture for the Washington Park Community House Project.
