Approve an appropriation adjustment to spend $1,416,100 from prior year fund balance in <br />the Sewer Connection Fee fund, Improvements Other Than Building expenditure account. <br />2. Award a contract to Rockforce Construction, LLC, the lowest responsible bidder, in <br />accordance with the base bid in the amount of $7,606,500, for construction of the San <br />Lorenzo Sewer Lift Station Project, for the term beginning upon execution of the contract and <br />ending upon project completion, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br />3. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Butier Engineering, Inc., to provide <br />Construction Engineering Services for the San Lorenzo Sewer Lift Station project, for the <br />three-year term beginning October 1, 2019, and expiring on September 30, 2022, with <br />provisions for two one-year extensions exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, in <br />the total amount not to exceed $550,000, which includes a $479,572 project fee and a <br />contingency of $70,428, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney. <br />4. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated delivery cost of $10,058,125, which <br />includes the contract base bid, Construction Engineering Services agreement, administration, <br />20A-1 <br />
