City of Santa Ana <br />E Issue addendum to bid documents to answer questions raised, if required <br />Task 7 — Preconstruction and Job Site Meetings - Option A and Option B <br />Willdan will attend the preconstruction meeting, job walk, and job- Task 7 Deliverables <br />site meetings, as required, over the course of construction. Willdan - Meeting minutes <br />assumes one preconstruction meeting and three job site meetings. <br />Task 8 - Respond to Requests for Information and Submittals - Option A and Option B <br />Willdan will provide responses to contractor's requests for MW Task 8 Deliverables <br />information about the plans and specifications. This task includes Log requests for information and provide responses <br />conferring with the City's construction manager, as appropriate, Field design recommendations <br />regarding the requests to address unforeseen site conditions and/or Field meeting minutes <br />provide field design recommendations. Regularly scheduled Design details <br />construction observation is specifically excluded from this scope of work. Up to 10 responses to requests for information are included in <br />the scope. <br />Task 9 — Prepare Record Drawings/As-Builts - Option A and Option B <br />Within 60 days following completion and acceptance of the project, <br />Willdan will furnish the City with a complete set of revised original <br />tracings showing as -built conditions on Mylar. Revisions will be solely <br />based upon as -built information provided by the City's construction <br />manager and the contractor. <br />Task 9 Deliverables <br />- One complete set of original record drawings on Mylar, <br />one electronic PDF copy, and one Microstation V8i <br />NVComprehensive, Innovative.
