City of Santa Ana <br />Willclan is providing as -needed engineering services to the City of Los Alamitos. As part of our extension of staff services for <br />contract City Engineer and contract Traffic Engineer, Willdan provides review and supervision of engineering activities, including <br />preparing plans, specifications, and estimates for capital and other improvement projects. We provide subdivision plan <br />checking; contract administration; construction inspection; compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. We <br />assist City staff with establishing departmental policies. <br />The following are a few projects that Willclan has worked on with the City of Los Alamitos: <br />Storm Drain Master Plan - Developed master plan for 4 square mile drainage system, analyze deficiencies, <br />prioritize propose improvements, developed cost estates and developed funding strategies. <br />Los Alamitos Boulevard Median Improvement — design and construction management/inspection for the $5 million <br />project <br />Pavement Management Plans and updates in 2015, 2017, and 2019 <br />City of Ridgecrest Contact: Travis Reed, Public Works Director <br />100 W. Under our on -call contract, Willclan provides design <br />engineering, environmental compliance, bidding assistance, construction management and inspection, material testing, <br />surveying, special funding administration, labor compliance, pavement management, land development plan check, right-of-way <br />acquisition with legal descriptions, and assessment district engineering for improvements throughout the City of Ridgecrest. <br />The following are a few projects that Willclan has worked on with the City of Ridgecrest: <br />Special funding administration for over 15 state/federal/CDBG projects, including requests for authorization, PES <br />forms, NEPA clearances, award submittals, progress invoicing, finance letters, final reports of expenditure, and <br />Caltrans/FHWA audit attendance <br />Downs Street Widening — design, survey, pavement engineering, utility coordination, CEQA/NEPA environmental <br />documentation, right-of-way acquisition, bidding assistance, design support during construction, federal funding <br />administration, construction management, inspection, quality assurance material testing, and labor compliance <br />Bus Maintenance Garage — conceptual vertical and horizontal design, design/build contractor selection and <br />management, bidding assistance, construction management, inspection, and labor compliance services for a new <br />6,000-square-foot building and associated improvements <br />De Luz Community Service District <br />41606 Date Street, Suite 205 <br />Murrieta, CA 92562 <br />Contact: I James Emmons. This will include the design and construction of capital projects and other improvement projects, <br />subdivision improvement plan checking, contract administration, construction inspection, compliance with Federal State and <br />local laws and ordinances, and establishing departmental policies. Tasks will include assisting the District in coordinating, <br />reviewing, and supervising engineering activities, subdivision improvement plan checking, compliance with Federal State and <br />local laws and ordinances, and establishing departmental policies; upon request prepare plans specifications and estimates for <br />construction of capital projects and other improvement projects and provide contract administration and construction <br />observation; upon request prepare grant applications for funding from Federal State and Regional agencies for civil <br />improvements; and upon request advise, support, and assist District departments, committees, commissions, and Board. <br />The following are a few projects that Willclan has worked on with the De Luz Community Service District: <br />Sandia Creek and Via Vaquero Storm Drain Repairs — The District required the repairs due to a washout of two <br />separate culverts and roadway segments on Via Vaquero Road just south of Sandia Creek Drive. Final design plans, <br />specifications, and estimates will be developed, designed, and produced into a construction document packet for <br />bidding. <br />Buena Vista Drive Storm Drain Repair — Assisted the District in repair of damaged culverts and roadway in reaction <br />to heavy storms that completely washed out the existing three 60-inch diameter corrugated metal pipes and entirely <br />washed out the roadway above.
