Willdan provide bid <br />assistance services to help bid the project and answer any RFI's from the bidders <br />District Wide Speed Zone Survey Provided traffic engineering services for an Engineering and Traffic Survey (E&T <br />Survey) of 5 streets within the De Luz Community Services District. The E&T Survey included gathering of speed <br />data using pneumatic tubes due to the rural mountainous nature of the streets. In addition to providing extension of staff <br />services, Willdan provides engineering design, construction management, project management, development review, pavement <br />engineering, funding administration, plan review, landscape architecture, surveying, and geotechnical engineering services <br />throughout the city. These services encompass — but are not limited to — study and report research and preparation; plan, <br />specification, and cost estimate preparation; funding application research, preparation, and submittal; citizens' request and <br />complaint investigations/resolutions; development impact studies; City staff, commissions, and council meeting attendance and <br />participation; and City department coordination to implement desired City improvements and updates. <br />The following are a few projects that Willdan has worked on with the City of Bell: <br />Citywide Traffic Signal Inventory Assessment for 31 Signalized Intersections — as part of the assessment <br />development phased programming for upgrades, compiled necessary data and prepared two competitive HSIP Cycle <br />9 applications for $2.4 million in traffic signal improvements. <br />Bus Route Study — analyzed the expansion of existing service route vs. development of new route to provide service <br />to Slawson Occupational Center and performed public outreach. <br />Prichard Fields Park — design/build project to develop a 1.6-acre vacant lot with park improvements funded through <br />a $4,499,000 Prop 68 grant award as a result of an application Willdan prepared and submitted to Natural Resources <br />Agency Department of Parks and Recreation's competitive grant program <br />Willingness to Comply with Agreement <br />Willdan's exceptions to the Professional Services Agreement are detailed on page 2 of the proposal. <br />References <br />The clients we have chosen to verify our reputation and qualifications will confirm our dedication to expert technical ability, excellent <br />service, and project commitment.
