TAIT & Associates, Inc. On -Call Engineering Services Sample Project Schedule The following represents a preliminary project schedule for the development of construction documents for a sample project. A preliminary schedule will be reviewed with the City at the project's Kick Off meeting and a final project schedule will be issued based on those discussions. The Project schedule will be made available to all design team members and will monitored on a continuous basis through the project's design life. Any changes to the Schedule will be reviewed with the City and action plans, if necessary, will be developed to prevent schedule delays.
