ITff <br />As Principal -in -Charge, Mr. Khamsi will be responsible for supervising <br />the activities of civil engineering personnel. Mr. Khamsi will also be <br />responsible for client contact, establishment of fees and schedules, <br />project design, production, quality assurance, overall project <br />coordination and construction administration. Mr. Khamsi has been with <br />KPFF for 24 years and has more than 29 years of experience in civil <br />engineering. <br />Education <br />B.S., Civil Engineering, University Santa Ana Councel Chambers New Exterior ADA Ramp I Santa <br />of Waterloo <br />Ana CA <br />Principal- I n-Charge. As part of KPFF's previous on -call service <br />Registration <br />agreement with the City of Santa Ana (A-2015-175), KPFF provided <br />Civil Engineer: CA #C74768 <br />engineering and architectural services for the design and construction <br />CO, NV, AZ, NM, TX, WA, <br />of two new exterior ADA ramps at the City of Santa Ana Council <br />Chambers. There were several feet of elevation difference between <br />Ontario, Canada, British <br />the street and the building entrance so the ramps required multiple <br />Columbia, Alberta, Canada <br />switchbacks as part of the design. <br />Santa Ana Homeless Shelter I Santa Ana, CA <br />Certified QSD/QSP #00130 <br />Principal- I n-Charge. The project consisted of the renovation of an <br />Cal OES Safety Assessment <br />existing industrial manufacturing facility in to a 200-bed homeless <br />Evaluator #82003 <br />shelter. The site improvements included construction of an enclosed <br />outdoor areas, ADA parking improvements, regrading of the existing <br />Affiliations <br />driveway. The enclosed outdoor area consisted of playground, 1313Q <br />DBIA TI Certification <br />area, dug run and kennel, outdoor locker area, basketball court, and <br />smoking area <br />LAX Economy Parking, ITIF West I Los Angeles, CA <br />Principal- I n-Charge. KPFF provided civil engineering services for the <br />LAX Economy Parking project (ITF-West) completed in 2022. Located <br />between Westchester Parkway and 96th Street, ITF-West improves <br />vehicle flow through LAX by providing a new passenger drop-off and <br />pick-up destination as well as much -needed parking capacity for LAX <br />guests. This project included a $250M 5-level, 4,700 Parking Stalls, <br />25,000-SF Security Badging Office, a "Meeter-Greeter" drop-off zone <br />and 5,000-SF Concessions area. <br />City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency <br />Santa Ana On -Call Engineering Services kPff <br />
