Santa Ana Library Renovation I Santa Ana, CA <br />Owner: City of Santa Ana I Client: Group 4 Architecture, Research + <br />Planning, Inc. <br />Completed: Ongoing <br />KPIFF is currently providing civil and structural engineering services for the <br />design and construction of the Santa Ana library renovations. As currently <br />proposed, the improvements include numerous tenant improvements and <br />modernization to various program spaces within the existing library building, <br />along with exterior upgrades to the north and south entrances, new layout <br />for the easterly courtyard, in addition to new parking stalls, book mobile <br />parkinq area and yetiicular turnaround, <br />Santa Ana Homeless Shelter I Santa Ana, CA <br />Owner: City of Santa Ana I Client: Dyer 18, LLC <br />Completed: July 2022 <br />The project consisted of the renovation of an existing industrial <br />manufacturing facility in to a 200-bed homeless shelter. The site <br />improvements included construction of an enclosed outdoor areas, ADA <br />parking improvements, regrading of the existing driveway. The enclosed <br />outdoor area consisted of playground, BBQ area, dug run and kennel, <br />Santa Ana Council Chambers New Exterior ADA Ramp <br />Santa Ana, CA <br />Owner: City of Santa Ana I Client: City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency <br />Completed: May 2019 <br />As part of KPFF's previous on -call service agreement with the City of Santa <br />Ana (A-2015-175), KPIFF provided engineering and architectural services <br />for the design and construction of two new exterior ADA ramps at the City <br />of Santa Ana Council Chambers. There were several feet of elevation <br />difference between the street and the building entrance so the ramps <br />requred multple swtcbbacks as part ot tne desqn <br />Yorba Linda Public Library, Arts and Community Center <br />Yorba Linda, CA <br />Owner: City of Yorba Linda I Client: Group 4 Architecture <br />Completed: July 2022 <br />KPFF provided civil and structural engineering services for the Yorba Linda <br />Public Library, Arts and Community Center. The project cost was $28M <br />consisting of a 50,000-SF two story library, 15,000-SF one story community <br />center, and a 32,000-SF parking lot with 97 stalls. <br />LA Economy Parking, ITF West I Los Angeles, CA <br />Owner: Los Angeles World Airports I Client: Swinerfon Builders <br />Completed: July 2022 <br />KPIFF provided civil engineering services for the LAX Economy Parking <br />project (ITF-West) completed in 2022. Located between Westchester <br />Parkway and 96th Street, ITF-Wesf improves vehicle flow through LAX by <br />providing a new passenger drop-off and pick-up destination as well as <br />much -needed parking capacity for LAX guests.
