The project consisted of structural engineering <br />associated with the review and selection of recommendations for <br />American Institute Steel <br />repairs to the First Street Bridge which was subjected to fire that caused <br />Construction <br />spalling of the concrete cover of the girders. Non-destructive and limited <br />destructive testing of concrete cores was executed to determine the <br />potential damage to the reinforcing. Repairs were established based on <br />the testing and subsequent analysis. <br />Orange County Public Works Child Support Services <br />Santa Ana, CA <br />Principal- I n-Charge.
