<br />A refundable deposit will be collected on Commercial C&D projects to ensure proper collection and recycling of <br />Construction & Demolition debris. The deposit will be calculated at $1 per square foot, with a minimum deposit of <br />$500 and a maximum of $75,000. This new plan review process for Construction & Demolition waste is mandated <br />by the State of California and is established in SAMC Sec. 16-36. <br />The following fees are already being collected by the City and exist in the Land Management System, SAPIN, but are <br />not listed in the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. Prior to the implementation of a new system, Clariti, fees need to be added <br />so that SAPIN/Clariti and the fee schedule have a 1:1 match. <br />5.
