Residential C&D Debris Recycling Plan Review <br />Existing Fee:None <br />Proposed Fee:$179.00 <br />This fee will reimburse the City for staff costs associated with Residential C&D Debris Waste Reduction & Recycling <br />Plan (WRRP) Review. This new plan review process for Construction & Demolition waste is mandated by the State <br />of California and is established in SAMC Sec. 16-36. <br />2. Residential C&D Debris Recycling Deposit <br />Existing Fee:None <br />Proposed Fee:$1.00 per square foot (min. $250 – max. $50,000) <br />A refundable deposit will be collected on Residential C&D projects to ensure proper collection and recycling of <br />Construction & Demolition debris. The deposit will be calculated at $1 per square foot, with a minimum deposit of <br />$250 and a maximum of $50,000. This new plan review process for Construction & Demolition waste is mandated <br />by the State of California and is established in SAMC Sec. 16-36. <br />3. Commercial C&D Debris Recycling Plan Review <br />Existing Fee:None <br />Proposed Fee:$239.00 <br />This fee will reimburse the City for staff costs associated with Commercial C&D Debris Waste Reduction & Recycling <br />Plan (WRRP) Review. This new plan review process for Construction & Demolition waste is mandated by the State <br />of California and is established in SAMC Sec. 16-36. <br />4.
